Technical Building Equipment
Technical building equipment (“TGA”) refers to all technical equipment installed in the building or permanently connected to it, as well as technical equipment in outdoor facilities that serve the functional use of buildings. Cables and pipes form the most important basis. Laying them not only requires great technical skill, but also comprehensive knowledge of countless regulations and safety requirements. We bring electricity and water connections to any desired location in your property. Our services also include the implementation of lighting concepts and numerous other technical facilities that make living and working in a building more enjoyable. As a general contractor, we only carry out the technical building equipment ("TGA") in combination with the interior finishing.

Interior
With the (interior) finishing, we offer you all the services that take the building from the shell (closed shell) to turnkey. We undertake the complete, high-quality redesign of the interior from the floor to the ceiling including plastering and painting. If needed we will completely refurnish your rooms, preferably with tailor-made furniture from our own furniture factory.
