Amidst the lively Berlin district of Schöneberg, we planned and executed a state-of-the-art attic. From initial planning phase, acquiring legal permits to final completion – utmost emphasis was placed on bridging the gap of heritage and innovation. The creation of this unique residential experience in the heart of Berlin has been combined with restoring the original facade of this 5 story building built in 1898..
